Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with specialization in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Education with emphasis in Biology. He's Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer, McKenzie certified in the diagnosis and treatment of the spine and a lifelong learner of exercise and fitness. Alan has 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and development of Strength and Conditioning exercise programs including work for the Houston Astros and the San Francisco Giants. Fitness and exercise are one of Alan's main interest and passions in life. His goal is to provide a safe training environment where people of all fitness levels can reach their goals.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and is furthering her nutrition education with a master’s degree. She specializes in strength and conditioning workouts and promotes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as one of the best fitness and weight loss training methods available today. Christina has competed in Gi/no-Gi grappling and Judo events and continues to practice the sport. She is an experienced trainer with great teaching skills and your best source for nutritional advice.
Karolyn, a certified personal trainer currently working on her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and her master trainer certification, Karolyn teaches flexibility and pole fitness, and is certified in Pilates, CPR / First Aid. Karolyn brings a unique perspective to training. Her goal is to impart her enthusiasm for fitness to others and help them stay committed to their workouts.
